Instructions
  1. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, chopped spinach, and feta cheese in small bowl and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven at 375 degrees with rack in mid way position.
  3. Turn skin side of salmon down and cut long ways through meat without cutting skin.
  4. Spoon in the set aside mixture into the cut of salmon.
  5. Use glass baking dish without oil, or other cooking dish with oil to keep salmon from sticking.
  6. Place on center rack and cook for 18 to 20 minutes.
