Cathe Laurie’s Orange Cranberry-Orange Sauce

Simple and delicious whole cranberry-orange sauce

Greg absolutely loves this recipe for my cranberry sauce. As for me, I love cranberries so much I could eat them in almost any form-even the jellied stuff that slides out of a can in one piece! Greg however, is more discerning in his choice, and this is one recipe he enjoys most every time I prepare a holiday meal.

So if you have never made cranberry sauce, now is the time to give this a try. And let me assure you, you will be amazed how uncomplicated this recipe is! Not only is it easy; it is also delicious. It’s not overly sweet, and the combination of orange and cranberry is that perfect balance between sweet and tangy. Not to mention, fresh homemade cranberry sauce has to be the most gorgeous of colorful condiments you present on your holiday table.
